SOLIDSTACK provides custom software development, code completion, maintenance, technical support, and outsourcing services. The exact scope of work is defined individually for each project or agreement.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required materials, and any necessary access needed for the performance of services. Delays from the client side may affect deadlines and delivery.
Any work outside the initially agreed scope may require a separate agreement, revised pricing, or updated delivery timelines.
Fees are agreed individually depending on the project. Payments may be structured as one-time, milestone-based, recurring, or SLA-based. Late payment may result in suspension or delay of services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment. SOLIDSTACK retains the right to use general know-how, reusable code patterns, non-confidential frameworks, and internal methods.
Support and maintenance services may include bug fixing, monitoring, system stabilization, updates, and technical assistance. Response times depend on the agreed level of service, if applicable.
SOLIDSTACK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity. We are also not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers, hosting services, or external infrastructure.
We provide technical services and software solutions. We do not guarantee specific commercial, financial, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, breach of terms, misuse, or невозможности нормального сотрудничества в рамках проекта.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
